I Drank Her Saliva

I had the opportunity to spend time with the Waorani tribe in the Amazon Jungle. There are no restaurants and no stores within a day’s travel of the tribe so they have to live off of the land. Today we get to explore the hunting process and see what the Waorani eat for food and snacks as well as how they prepare it. This includes the infamous “spit beer” or chicha which is brewed with the tribes’ fermented saliva!
