today my wife told me to go to the market to buy some fruits and vegetables, and Chinese people had the funniest reactions when they overheard me speaking on the phone with her in Chinese! It was kind of like a phone prank but…in Chinese! Also I spoke with people in the market in Mandarin, Cantonese, Taishainese, and English!
