I Hooked 10 Halibut in Under 3 Hours! Surf Fishing for Halibut with Lures

Today, we'll be surf fishing for halibut with swimbaits! I'll be using a 4.8 inch Keitech Fat Swing Impact swimbait paired with a Warbaits weedless jighead: Links in description below... On this day, I was surf fishing for halibut at a zone I'd never fished before and I want to note two things for you all. pay attention to my hook sets and my drag setting. My hook sets were terrible... need more strength and conviction in them. my drag on hook-up #2 was way to tight. I loosened it from there, but you could tell throughout the session, I should have used slightly less (looser) drag. Tight Lines Guys!
