Malaysian Swordfish in Banana Leaves

An explosively-flavored spice paste is slathered over swordfish (or halibut), then enclosed in banana leaves before being grilled over a hot fire. (Foil can be substituted for banana leaves, which are often found frozen at larger supermarkets.)
