Episode 6: Rethinking Composting Distribution

I've watched countless videos about indoor compost bins ( otherwise known as Bokashi and full of food scraps ) being placed in a compost bin and how marvellous the mix is after it's fully decomposed- and it looks good. I’m dubious. 🍑Around 9 December, I emptied my first fermented food scraps into my DIY compost bin. 🥝On 4 March I decided to add my second bucket of fermented food scraps. I expected the contents to have broken down more and have since lestnt that even after a few weeks the scraps will still resemble food.
