Halifax Health Medical Center review: "...First I was advised that the surgery would take 30 to 45 minutes and the surgery actually took 3 hours. Could this have been due to the surgeon doing a second surgery to try to correct or patch up the mistake from the first surgery? After surgery, I continued to ask for operative notes, and received the runaround for days until I was advised that I would not be able to receive them..."
