Cadillac review: "I have a 2014 Cadillac CTS V, great car, I love it. Well about 4 months ago it was raining, and I was on my way home and I heard this loud pop noise, and before I knew what was happening I hit a ditch and ended up in a field. Come to find out it was my rear differentials had snap and that was a recall I was unaware of. For almost 3 and half months trying to get my car fixed from this recall. I wasn't really bad hurt, but I did break my pinky finger and missed a lot of work due to not having transportation. Cadillac made me pay to have it towed to the dealership. Finally, they were fixing my car and the chick that works over the auto body shop her name is Jessica Harper, she was so rude from the start. They didn't fix my back window, and now my car is doing the same thing it was doing before the recall. Cadillac gave me a voucher to have my car service, well as soon as I walked through the door she was looking me up and down with this stank look on her face. Did not greet me with a warm welcome..."
