2 tablespoons potato flour/starch
1.5 dl/0,6 cups water or milk (I used water)
Brown sauce/Brun saus
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons wheat flour
1 liter/33,8 ounces broth (meat broth cube, or "real broth)
0.5 teaspoon salt
0.25 teaspoon pepper
