Farah Fonseca, England's Strongest Woman, and @millygoldsmith open up about their mental health and coping techniques that have worked for them. At the beginning of October, we hosted a Mental Health livestream with some of our ambassadors to get the conversation going on mental health. In this video, we hear from two incredibly strong women on their experiences and how they've learnt to deal with adversity. @millygoldsmith is a fitness & lifestyle influencer who has personal experience of living with and overcoming an eating disorder. She is now a vocal advocate for normalising and talking about weight gain to try and help others going through similar struggles. She's joined by female health coach and England's Strongest Woman, Farah Fonseca, who shares her experiences with mental health, especially the pressures that surround competing, and her coping mechanisms for dealing with this.
