This Is Why You Should Keep Exercising While Pregnant | Myprotein
Should you continue to exercise during pregnancy? Is it safe? Expert pre & post-natal personal trainers are here to explain everything. It's a common misconception to think that you should stop exercising and training once you become pregnant, but expert trainers Simone Farrington and Kay Johnson are here to explain why that just isn't the case. Both women have been personal trainers for several years and have their pre & post-natal qualifications. At the time of filming, Kay was 22 weeks pregnant with her first baby and Sim was 30 weeks pregnant with her second, so both trainers have plenty of personal experience to draw from as well. In this video, they cover the each trimester and the different considerations or adaptations you should make for the different stages of your pregnancy. Please remember, you should always let your midwife or doctor know that you plan to continue exercising and get the go-ahead from them too. The MP Mama clothing worn by both Sim & Kay in this video will be available on the Myprotein website from 22nd March! ********************************* Subscribe to our channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/MyproteinUK?sub_confirmation=1 If you like this, you'll love this: https://youtu.be/RJ-zCZr8KfE Find more expert training advice here: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLkb17OgnhB-F6ertmxwJznfRa7RtniEt2
