What are gyms like after lockdown? It’s the question on everyone’s lips since they began to reopen across the UK on Saturday 25th July. After months of cardio-based home workouts and make-shift weight alternatives, many were itching to get back to the machines. However, some people aren’t feeling quite as ready to make the big return. To help put people’s mind at rest, we wanted to get a first-hand insight into what gyms are like after lockdown, so we got some of our athletes to film their first post-lockdown training experience.
