HERBAL BATH AFTER DELIVERY | KASHMIRI TRADITION @MuneerSpeaks

The first bath after delivery had been given on the 40th day of the child birth. Though new mother is given simple shower before the 40th day. Since we have C-sec deliveries happening now a mother is not in a condition to go for this shower within the first fifteen days atleast. This used to be the custom postpartum especially in kashmir valley as we lacked the modern Medical facilities.
