Alpinestars’ Superfaster riding shoe helps bridge the gap between full-blown boots and more comfortable riding shoes. What’s the gap that needed bridging, you ask? Well, in the attempt to make riding shoes more comfortable, ankle coverage from the shoes has dropped lower and lower. At least for me. I was looking for a riding shoe that was comfortable, but also provided a little more ankle coverage. Not only would this make the shoe a tiny bit safer, but it would also solve the problem I had with other shoes that would leave my leg and skin exposed when my jeans would ride up.
