The project manager should collaborate with the purchasing department for managing and planning procurements. Both the project manager and purchasing department should decide on how the ordered products for producing deliverables can be delivered without missing the deadline and within the allocated budget. In the implementation plan, a list of procurement items and a vendor list is enough.
