Croissant Cubes Croissant cubes are a fun and delicious twist on traditional croissants, giving you a crispy, buttery snack that’s perfect for any occasion. Whether you serve them as an appetizer, a side dish, or a treat to share, these bite-sized croissant cubes will impress guests with their unique flavor and texture. Easy to make, these croissant cubes offer a perfect blend of flakiness and crispiness that you won’t be able to resist. Ingredients: 4 large croissants (preferably a day or two old) 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon sea salt Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) Instructions/How to Cook: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the croissants into bite-sized cubes, approximately 1-inch in size. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, cinnamon (if using), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Place the croissant cubes into the bowl and toss gently to coat each piece with the butter mixture. Arrange the buttered croissant cubes evenly on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they don’t overlap. Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Check the cubes halfway through and toss them to ensure even cooking. Once baked, remove the cubes from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
