The ‘why’ behind creating the Adaptable Podcast is all about making sense of the ‘why’ behind our human behavior. I wanted to create a space where psychoeducation meets real, honest conversations—because we all have our own ‘stuff’ to navigate. It’s about understanding how we work, why we feel the way we do, and why we show up the way we do at times, all while attempting to make it relatable. We’re all on a journey of discovering who we are. It's my hope that some of my shows help make that journey a little bit easier!
