Five years ago, I had an accident at school that caused me to become bald. Despite this, I'm still learning to find beauty and confidence in myself. Sometimes you don't need to have a conversation to make a difference. I'm so grateful for the strength and kindness shown by my friends when I needed it the most. My fall was quite dramatic today! I hit my head hard and started screaming, but thank goodness the school nurse came to the rescue.
