In today's video, we're going to learn how to relax before journaling. I know that you have work and there are a million things on your mind. You have deadlines, you need to meet these goals, and you want everything in order by the time you get home from work. Trying to stop binge eating on top of all this can add even more stress! But I also know that when it comes down to it, all of our stress can be reduced with just a few minutes of time for ourselves - even if it's just five deep breathes before journaling. The key is to remember WHY you're journaling in the first place! Journaling is meant to help relax you, to help you pause and calm down. So let me show you what I do every day before writing my journals!
