1. Mix together:
- 2 cups of Bisquick mix
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 eggs
2. Stir until just combined—lumps are okay.
3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top, then flip and cook until golden brown
