Carbon - PHP DateTime done right

Carbon as in ... Carbon dating. Very clever. Witty naming aside, Carbon is an extremely useful library. So useful that it's bundled (ahem) with Laravel Framework as a core package. But us Symfonians shouldn't miss out. And we don't need to. Thanks to the wonders of composer we can join the party with a couple of lines, and start carbon dating our date times like a pro.
