BRADS Landfill Permit Renewal Hearing - St. Clair, PA

Taryn Fatula provides testimony to Pennsylvania's Dept. of Environmental Protection (DEP) urging the regulators to not renew a permit to the Blythe Recycling and Demolition Site (BRADS) landfill in Blythe Twp., Schuylkill County. This public hearing was held on May 29, 2024, in St. Clair, PA, about 2 miles from the BRADS site. Fatula was one of many residents to voice their concerns over BRADS pursuit of a 10-year renewal permit, to continue operating its "construction waste" landfill along Burma Rd.
