Collin Adams Reads Award-Winning Essay on the Importance of the First Amendment

Pine Grove Area grad Collin Adams has earned $3,600 in scholarship money for his award-winning essay on the importance of the First Amendment in America. During his senior year, Adams entered the essay contest hosted by the American Legion. On June 12, Adams presented that essay to Schuylkill County Commissioners at their June 12 meeting.
