Will Donald Trump's speech to US Congress impact Russia-Ukraine peace treaty?

“Swift and unrelenting” is how Donald Trump characterised his first 43 days in office in a two-hour address to the US Congress last night. One of the most significant points relevant to the UK is that he appeared to put a minerals deal for Ukraine back on the table. The US President read aloud a letter from Volodymyr Zelenskyy in which the President said that no one wants peace more than the Ukrainians.
