How to find an expired domain for your website to get backlinks: the cheapest way

Backlinks are very important to improve ranking. Lately, I’ve been watching a lot of bloggers who have been buying aged or expired domains to acquire the backlinks. Last month, in July, 2022, I found and purchased an expired domain which I 301 redirected to my site. I didn’t use any service, but spent a bit of time doing my research to find this site. This video goes through all the steps I took to find and evaluate the site which I redirected to my bigger site. Getting backlinks through this method can be effective if done correctly. Picking a random domain to redirect isn’t the best way. You need to find out the history of the site, the current backlink profile, and availability. I don’t know if this will in the end negatively or positively impact my site, but I’m giving it a try. I got my aged domain for $40 for two years. I didn’t spend thousands to get a premium-aged domain. But how did I do it? Watch the video to find out.
