When You’re Underpaid, Trust God to Value Your Worth ________________________________________ Introduction: Hello, my beautiful sisters. Today, let’s talk about a tough reality many of us face—feeling underpaid and undervalued in the workplace. It can leave you questioning your worth and wondering if you’ll ever get the recognition you deserve. But, my sisters, God sees you, and His value for you is far greater than any paycheck. Let’s explore how we can trust Him in this challenging season. ________________________________________ Empathy: I see you, my sister. You’re showing up every day, working hard, putting your skills and heart into what you do, yet it feels like the compensation doesn’t reflect your efforts. Maybe you’ve asked for a raise and been denied, or you feel stuck in a role that doesn’t meet your financial needs. It’s disheartening, and it’s easy to feel overlooked or unappreciated. Let’s take a moment to acknowledge the frustration and exhaustion that can come with this struggle. ________________________________________ Reframing the Focus: Sisters, when the world doesn’t seem to value your worth, remember that your ultimate worth is determined by God. He created you with incredible talents, unique abilities, and a purpose that no paycheck can define. Your job or income does not determine your identity—God does. When you shift your focus from earthly validation to divine affirmation, you can find peace and confidence in knowing that you are cherished and valued beyond measure. God’s provision is not limited to your paycheck. He can open doors you never imagined and provide in ways you can’t foresee.
