This week Kal spoke to Javea Golf Club member Dave Harper who's behind a big event on September 17th to raise much needed funds for the Javea Volunteer Firefighters. They were joined by crew commander Terry Curran who explains more about what they do and where the money will go. Happily, since this was recorded, the 9th and final hole has found a sponsor but the day is still open to golfers with a handicap to enter as a four or for anyone to donate suitable raffle prizes.
